A major tragedy is taking place in the Levant. The name Levant was used to refer to the French mandate over Syria and Lebanon after World War I. This is probably the reason why the term Levant has come to be used more specifically to refer to modern Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Israel, and strange enough also the island of Cyprus. The Arabic name for the region of Levant is Shaam and comes from the Arabic word root meaning “left” or “north”, not be confused with as-Sham which is the Arabic word for Damascus, the capital of the former state of Syria. The Turkish Ottoman Empire during all or part of the nineteenth century, ruled Greece, Turkey, and most of the Arab world and the Levant. It prospered, but the Levant was occupied as people of the Levant will say.

After the fall of the Ottoman (Turkish) Empire in 1922, a new occupation began, that of the French and British, so we can say that the Middle East or in this case the Levant was plunged into a tragedy of occupation and oppression by many (geopolitical) world players that is unfolding to this day and is now taking a very dramatic turn. After the British and French left, many countries in the Levant were in ruins, except of course Israel, which had the unconditional support of the West since the beginning of their self-proclaimed Zionist apartheid project in 1948, the Middle East and especially the Levant became the “plaything” of the then greatest superpower America.

The people of the Levant had to obey America and gradually Israel which is a hundred percent supported by the U.S., their wealth was stolen, as the Ottomans, the French and the British had done before them, but the superpower America was even more aggressive and as modern times progressed, advanced weapons came along, the situation became worse for the people and is now dramatic, to say the least.

So much for the tragic history of the Levant, we all know that after the Israel project was installed, new wars and oppression came, sponsored with weapons and money from the West, which approves genocides, and in fact has been committing genocides themselves for centuries, during their colonial past in Africa, Asia and now today the genocide in the Middle East is supported with weapons again.

They divide groups in the Middle East and especially in the Levant and set them against each other. The Arabs are still a second-class people in their eyes, the Jews are number one, because the myth about the Judeo-Christian ideology has been launched mainly by the right-wing-Zionist political groups, some of which can be called downright racist, their colonial ancestors would be proud of them.

Palestine

What can I write about the horrible situation in Palestine, we know everything, we see everything in the media, social media, we see how radicalized Zionists and I must say indoctrinated Jews, kill Palestinians like you kill a fly. We have heard the horrible words, that Palestinians are not really people, just like the Nazi indoctrination back then.

The Jews who started the Zionist project Israel were mostly radicalized survivors from Nazi camps in Germany and Europe. This tragedy, anger and trauma they have projected onto the next generations, who now do not hate the Germans (as they should) but the Palestinians and many of them carry out exactly in rhetoric and killing as their ancestors experienced in the camps by the Nazi-henchmen.

A New Tragedy in Syria

We all know it, the long war, that started in 2011 in Syria, where the US and the West activated terrorists from all over the world through a set up plan (a coup) which started in Da’ara and wanted to make the world believe that a civil war was taking place. The civil war actually became a fact by the sponsorship of these terrorists by America and the West, the same scenario as they are doing now and did in Ukraine.

Syria was ruled by a minority group, the Alawites, who had an semi-authoritarian regime. But that is how the Middle East should be governed if you want stability, people never knew democracy or freedom, that should be introduced gradually with education (not from the West) . The government under Hafez al-Assad fought the terrorists in Hama, who wanted to carry out a coup, but were nothing more than members of the dreaded Muslim Brotherhood, a radicalized sect from Egypt that is used by the West as a group to suppress the minorities that want progress and modernity such as the Alawites, Christians and Kurds, so that they the West and Israel can control the Levant.

After a long war, modernity has lost in the former Syria, the US, Israel, Turkey and their Western accomplices have won and the country is now divided into sectarian parts, just like under the French rule, with the difference that the South is now annexed by Israel and the North by Turkey. The Alawaites are being massacred, daily, the Christians are being persecuted and the Kurd’s are fighting against Turkey (for a long time already). A terrorist group called Hayat-Tahrir-as-Sham (formerly Al-Qaeda) now claims to be the new government of Syria, a country which in principle no longer exists. The West thought it could do it like in Lebanon, but they made a mistake there, that is not possible, not with Syria.

Alawites are being killed, large numbers of men have been killed by HTS, women are being kidnapped and sold as sex slaves just like before, these practices continue under HTS. Christians are no longer allowed to openly carry their cross and are forced to follow the new doctrine of HTS, medieval Islam. Video: Latakia where Alawites were murdered, but also entire villages are not safe from these terrorists, it’s 2011 again we are back to square one.

The former Syria is no longer ruled by Syrians but mostly by foreign terrorists, as the Russian Tass News-agency recently wrote about jihadist-militants joining the police force in what I call the new caliphate.

Militants from various terrorist groups are actively joining Syria’s police and security agencies, according to Marat Imankulov, the secretary of the Kyrgyz Security Council. According to some estimates, up to 20,000 foreign militants are joining the Syrian security forces. Some of them are affiliated with the Islamic Movement of Eastern Turkestan. Experts believe that their ranks include up to 6,000 militants focused on destabilizing China, as well as individuals from Central Asia and the North Caucasus. About 5,000 militants, not including their family members, have Central Asian roots,” he stated.

There is evidence that Syrian terrorist resources can be exploited by certain forces, both from within the country and from other regions, to change the political regime in Iran – a member of the SCO and a partner of Kyrgyzstan and our Central Asian neighbors,” he added.
